Easier way to pospone / re-remind later

When a task becomes due, sometimes it's not at an appropriate time. You have to go in to the app to reschedule the due date if you want to be reminded later.

It would be nice to have options on the notification that would allow you to postpone the task to a later time (1hr / 1day / customizable setting).

If that can’t be done, it would be good if we could set a secondary reminder per list or item. If an item comes up with a reminder but is still incomplete after an hour/day, maybe come up with another notification. Perhaps the timing of second reminder could either be controlled per item, or by priority (e.g. high = 1hr; med = 1 day; low = none).

Yes, this is a great idea.

I've been using another app called 'Errands' that does just this.
When tapping a task various options are displayed including a reschedule icon with options to 'Put Off' for 1hr, 1 Day, 2 Days, 3 Days, 1 Week

YES! A to-do app is useless to me without this function, so as much as I like Pocket Lists, I won't be using Pocket Lists unless/until it is implemented.

If I've marked something as a high priority, I wouldn't mind having a reminder come up every hour until I mark it as complete. If it gets annoying, then it's not important enough to get the reminders and I would either reschedule it or downgrade the priority.

It should be pretty easy to have settings based on priority... or have another option that says "continuously remind for incomplete tasks - hourly/daily"

I've missed several items because I didn't get the reminder... and as soon as you unlock your phone, your lock screen notifications disappear... and the notification dropdown screen isn't in your face enough to rely on.
